Telehealth is a form of telemedicine that allows Dr. Han and her staff to treat you without having you come into our office in Altadena, California. Telehealth is done online and requires access to the internet on your computer, tablet, or smartphone and can usually be accessed regardless of your internet provider. Mint Dental Loft uses Zoom virtual meetings as the primary mode to provide dental care consultations and to provide prescriptions to new and existing patients. 

How To Join a Telehealth Meeting

To prepare for your Telehealth appointment at Mint Dental Loft, please follow these instructions. You can also watch the video above directly from Zoom on how to access a meeting:

Download Zoom: Visit Zoom.us and download the application to your phone and or desktop. You do NOT have to use a paid plan and can use the free plan for these meetings.

Schedule an Appointment: Create an appointment with Mint Dental Loft by calling us or scheduling a time on our contact page. From there, our front desk will let you know available times.

Come Prepared: Come prepared with your concerns if you're an existing patient. If you're a new patient, be prepared to answer questions from our dentists directly.

Turn on Audio & Video: For the best experience, ensure your device has sufficient audio and video configurations. Make sure you're in a quiet space and connect headphones if possible.
